At mango lending, we are committed to protecting the personal information we obtain about you. We want you to know that we take strong precautions to make sure the information we collect is not shared with anyone who should not have it.

This notice is provided because of federal regulations that make it your right to know how we may use information about you or your account.

The information we obtain is taken from the following sources:

1. Credit applications or other forms submitted by you containing information such as Social Security Number, income, references, and other information.
2. Information provided by automobile dealers.
3. Information from credit reports, including credit score and your credit history.
4. Information routinely provided by employers, landlords, mortgage companies, insurance agencies and companies where verifying employment, residence and insurance coverage on the vehicle.
5. Information provided by credit references.
6. Once your account is active we collect information concerning your account, including but not limited to, transactions, payment history, and balances.

Sharing of Information

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes of any kind.  We limit access to your information to only those mango lending employees who have a need to know.

We may share information as permitted by law with some service providers and vendors and with credit reporting agencies and government agencies, auditors and banking regulators upon request. However, we never share information about you with anyone not directly involved with the collection or servicing of your loan.
